The Role
As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of daily operations, guest experience and front-of-house leadership for a new venue opening in the coming weeks. You'll set the tone for service, guide a talented team and collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership to shape something distinctive.
Your focus will be on:
* Leading, developing and inspiring a confident, capable service team
* Creating a guest experience that feels polished yet effortless
* Overseeing rosters, reservations, stock control and venue performance
* Supporting financial targets through sound management and reporting
* Working collaboratively across departments to maintain consistency and flow
* Bringing ideas to evolve systems, service and culture as the venue grows

* A strong grasp of service standards, POS and booking systems along with financial awareness
