**Job Description**:
This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the Victorian Industrial transactions business by developing and implementing strategies to lead and innovate with marketing, position our people as experts and create memorable service experiences for clients and customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree qualification with a Design/Marketing specialty.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar role.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong initiative and personal drive to see tasks through to high-quality completion
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work as part of the team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in the real estate industry
