Port Pirie Dental & Specialist Centre is searching for a front office coordinator with lots of personality to serve all our amazing Patients and support our General Dentists and visiting Specialists

About the Role:
This role would suit a Dental Assistant who is looking to progress their career into an admin role, but still able to keep their hands in with the Dental Assisting side of the role.
Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential, however, a background in customer service would be helpful, along with experience in talking confidently with people in assisting them to:
· Make all their appointments
· Explain their treatment plan and options to them
· Introduce any payment plans where required
· Processing payments for treatment carried out
· Productively manage and handle all cancellations, face to face or over the telephone
· Importantly, the ability to create an experience with them and not just an appointment
The role would also include, but not limited to:
· Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Practice
· Promotion of the Practice through internal and external marketing
· Following up with patients with outstanding treatment
· Ensuring that all system and protocols are up to date and adhered to
· Preparing end of month reports
· Liaising with the management team
· The ability to multitask is essential on our front desk and actively being a team player to make the day and Practice run smoothly.
