We are seeking a customer-focused Outbound Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily responsible for handling repair cases and customer communication while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process RMAs: Handle both warranty and non-warranty repair requests, ensuring accurate processing for paid and unpaid repair work.
2. Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive service experience.
3. Explain damage assessment reports professionally and negotiate repair/replacement costs with customers.
4. Testing: Test units for functionality under safety conditions.
5. Certification: Certify that repaired or replaced units meet required standards and are fully operational.
6. Service Record Maintenance: Log all service activities in the appropriate systems, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. Report unusual situations to the team leader.
7. Additional Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the team leader to ensure smooth operation of the repair process.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills for effective customer service.
* Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
* Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Experience in electronics or technology preferred.
* Proficient in Mandarin.
