Your new role
The Communications Officer works under the direction of the Senior Communications Manager and collaborates with subject-matter experts. The role focusses on the development, coordination and delivery of communication artefacts and content. It ensures communications are accurate, user-focused and delivered to agreed timelines.
* Develop, edit and publish content across the web, intranet and newsletters.
* Translate complex information into clear, focused communications
* Review and uplift existing content for clarity, accessibility and tone
* Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and subject-matter experts
* Support delivery of digital initiatives, services and project communications
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in the education sector, relevant qualifications in communications, UX or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in communications or digital content development
* Strong writing, editing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience using CMS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools
