Reporting to the Branch Manager of CMV Truck & Bus Traralgon, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional Manager to lead, support and strategically oversee the daily operations of our Service Departments.
A key success factor for this position is the ability to lead and engage strong service teams across multiple departments to ensure that our people are highly engaged and have the resources and support required.
The Service Manager will build solid partnerships with customers and all in-house departments to ensure the agreed KPI's are met whilst proactively offering 'value add' solutions designed to offer customers a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
* Achieve key performance objectives and targets
* Drive quality processes to ensure manufacturer standards are upheld and introduce new processes in accordance with staff development plans
* Produce clear and concise reports ensuring quality and accuracy of all records
* Demonstrate and lead safe working practices and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
* Drive and maintain the highest levels of customer service and quality standards
* Conduct regular staff briefings and provide direction and support to the Service Department
Demonstrated Skills
* A driven leader with a strong commitment to safety and building a positive team culture
* Proven track record of managing a profitable service division in a similar industry
* Sound knowledge of the automotive industry including service operations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
* Energise and passionate about customers, people and service excellence
* Sound computer and organisational skills
