Overview


The Performance and Reward Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function. The position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift.


Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the delivery of key Performance and Reward processes across the annual cycle to drive milestones and efficiency in performance, remuneration and benefits moments.
* Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift.
* Develop and apply skills in: Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualisation tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence.


Your impact in People & Culture

* Act as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation.
* Perform as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems.
* Enhance delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
* Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the People & Culture team.
* Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations.
