The Role
We are looking for a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) who is ready to lead a passionate team at our store opening soon in Armadale. The Head Coach is accountable for every aspect of the retail store operation. Working closely alongside our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing their team and driving brand growth.
Opening a new store is a huge opportunity to build your store and team from the ground up.
We onboard our Head and Deputy Coach Team three months out from opening to give you a full brand immersion and induction.
Key Responsibilities
* Community Engagement
o Localise and create your ultimate opening day activations/giveaways by connecting with brand partners.
o Build awareness about the store opening and connect with the LSKD community.
* Hiring & Induction
o Facilitate group interviews, select and induct your team of Educators.
* Community Marketing
o Build community connections through a localised pre‐opening event tour and outreach to brand partners.
o Build relationships with local athletes and mavens who align with our mission and values.
* Coaching & Leadership
o Coach and build a world‐class team that embraces and shares our values.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring and coaching daily.
o Manage a diverse team, facilitate training sessions and team meetings.
o Coach and inspire your team on setting fitness, career and personal goals.
* Community Building
o Create a local community for your store and develop an engagement plan.
o Design and facilitate in‐store events to provide community value.
o Encourage the team to participate in sweat sessions and classes to build authentic connections.
* Store Operations
o Own business success by managing and measuring store performance via KPIs.
o Deliver weekly and monthly reflections on business performance.
o Plan floor coverage and make decisions to maintain floor operational efficiency.
o Plan month‐to‐month business strategy and set goals.
o Execute daily and weekly stock level maintenance and optimise visual merchandising.
