 
        
        Fundraising Specialist - Trusts and Foundations
Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist – Trusts and Foundation to lead and grow our national Trusts and Foundations program, with a strong focus on Victoria. This is a relationship-driven role where you'll engage face-to-face with philanthropic stakeholders, identify new funding opportunities, and craft compelling proposals that support our frontline care and research initiatives.
This is a permanent position based at our Forest Hill office, with the option to work Full-time, 9-days per fortnight or 4-days per week. We also offer the flexibility to work from any of our Melbourne offices (Forest Hill, Bundoora, Dandenong South or Ravenhall).
Key Activities:
 * Identify and respond to Trust and Foundation opportunities to increase fundraising income.
 * Build and manage key relationships with Trustees, Grant Managers, and Private Ancillary Funds through face-to-face meetings to secure new income.
 * Provide regular reports to the Head of Fundraising, including performance against KPIs, financial data, and other management information.
 * Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and multi dispensary team, including Marketing, Brand, and Communications, to identify projects and programs requiring funding.
 * Develop high-quality funding proposals aligned with strategic objectives and attractive to funders
 * Stay up to date on the priorities of trusts, foundations, and philanthropic donors, closely following relevant fundraising trends.
 * Represent Bolton Clarke externally to build awareness and secure sustainable financial support.
We would love to hear from you if you have
 * Successful track record in researching, developing, and writing trust funding submissions and proposals.
 * Minimum 4-5 years' experience in fundraising, achieving Trust and Foundation budgeted income.
 * Strong ability to connect with supporters and secure substantial multi-year funding through face-to-face meetings and presentations.
 * Highly analytical and research-oriented, with a keen understanding of funding guidelines and requirements
 * Proficient in project management, multitasking, and stakeholder relationship building.
 * Professional, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing conflicting deadlines and working under pressure.
 * A donor-centric mindset and commitment to building long-lasting financially beneficial relationships.
