Human Resources Support Role
This is an entry-level position within the Human Resources Department, providing administrative support and contributing to the development of HR initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects.
* Maintain all HR and employee records, files, registers, and databases.
* Assist with disciplinary matters and investigations as required.
* Support policy interpretation and guidance on EBA, Awards, and other legislation.
* Creation of employment contracts and supplement documents.
* Organize Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions.
* Run HR and payroll reports for managers.
* Administer recruitment processes, including the recruitment platform.
* Conduct HR audits and intranet maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Able to travel around the network.
