The Role:
Technical Account Manager
Safeguarding civilization requires a team of experts who can deliver expert recommendations and guide customers to operationalize key use cases.
* We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the technical advocate and advisor for assigned customer accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and utilization of our solutions.
* Our ideal candidate will understand customer goals, success criteria, and operational environments to guide them toward realizing maximum value.
* This role is responsible for providing ongoing strategic and technical guidance to customers, including best practices, roadmap alignment, and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in or with industries containing OT systems (e.g., energy, oil and gas, manufacturing).
* A strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity, ICS/OT environments, and/or threat detection platforms.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
