We are looking for a Project / Account Manager to expand our team. Experience in the signage industry is desired but not essential. This position is ideal for a someone looking to move to the next level of the career and by using their skills to add to our experienced team. Ultimately, the role blends account management (client service and relationship building) with project management (planning, execution, and delivery), ensuring seamless project outcomes aligned with Sign On’s reputation for quality signage solutions

The Opportunity :

We are looking for an Signage Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing signage projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that we consistently meet our high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their signage needs are met.

Manage signage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, production and installers, to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Prepare quotes and handle all aspects of account management.

Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability.

About You:

Experience in account management is essential.

Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

With a positive company culture, this is a full-time roll, Monday to Friday start and finish times are flexible dependent on personal / family commitments. Pre-established client list, competitive remuneration to match the successful candidate’s skill set and experience, also fuel card mobile phone allowance and laptop.
