Job Title:
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with site operations teams to drive financial performance. This includes providing commercial insights and analysis to support decision-making, overseeing month-end activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with site operations team to drive financial performance
* Provide commercial insights and analysis to support decision-making
* Oversee month end and budgeting, forecasting and long term planning
* Drive continuous improvement and compliance with internal controls
* Present financials to senior management at both a State and National level
Requirements:
* CA/CPA qualified
* Background in finance business partnering or commercial management within manufacturing or construction industry
* SAP system experience (desired)
* PowerBI knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
* Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Proactive and results-driven approach
