Job Overview
This is a permanent full-time position with a 14:7 roster. As a Sous Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef, you will oversee the operations of our kitchens. Your key responsibilities include managing rosters, ordering, and budgeting while ensuring high standards of HACCP and Food Safety.
About the Opportunity
* Lead kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences for up to 3000 residents and guests per day
* Oversee the management of kitchen operations, including rostering, ordering, and budgeting
* Maintain high standards of HACCP and Food Safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery (essential)
* Unlimited working rights within Australia (no sponsorship available)
* Experience in bulk/batch cooking, FIFO experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to supervise/manage a team of chefs and kitchen attendants
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
