Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C): Provide high-quality mental health nursing services across different settings, advancing from competent to proficient practitioner. Take accountability for practice standards and mentor less experienced staff.
* Registered Nurse (RN/M1): Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based, recovery-oriented mental health services in community, acute, and rehabilitation settings.
* Allied Health Professionals (AHP1/2): Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers offer tailored services within a multidisciplinary team.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering mental health nursing and allied health services, focusing on preventative, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches to improve mental health outcomes and wellbeing in the community.
