About The Role: Join DBG Health as our Quality & Test Manager, leading enterprise-wide testing and quality assurance to ensure every technology solution is reliable, secure, and ready for launch. You'll shape our test strategy, frameworks, and tools across ERP, HCM, CRM, AI, and digital platforms, embedding a "quality by design" mindset in agile and hybrid teams. You'll build a team of test professionals and partner with delivery leads to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across all programs Role & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing across major technology programs (ERP, HCM, CRM, AI, data, digital), including planning, execution, and defect management. Define and implement DBG Health's enterprise QA framework, standards, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Drive test automation and integrate continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and repeatability. Embed quality and compliance by aligning testing with regulatory, privacy, and security obligations (TGA, FDA, GDPR, Australian Privacy Act). Provide quality governance and insights through test metrics, risk assessments, and release readiness reporting. Lead and develop a high-performing test team, building enterprise capability and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: 8 years in testing and quality assurance, with at least 3 years managing enterprise-scale programs across ERP, CRM, HCM, data, and digital platforms. Skilled in designing and delivering enterprise test frameworks, methodologies, and automation across complex transformation programs. Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing, test management tools ( Azure DevOps, Selenium, Tosca, Postman, JMeter ), and CI/CD integration. Experience ensuring quality in regulated or complex environments ( TGA, FDA, GDPR ) with focus on risk, performance, and security testing. Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing QA teams and vendor partners. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with ISTQB (or equivalent) certification; Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
