What You Will Do
As our People Data Analytics Analyst, you will transform raw data into powerful insights that shape an exceptional service experience for our teams. You'll analyse operational and Salesforce case data to provide strategic recommendations, get to the root cause of complex challenges, and build robust data solutions. You will also support essential service management activities, from workforce and budget management to demand planning and incident tracking, to pinpoint opportunities for service improvement and optimise resource utilisation. Your ability to communicate these insights clearly will empower stakeholders to make informed, data‐driven decisions.
* Identify, extract, merge, and compile complex data sets from various systems (including Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform Big Query, and Genesys Products) for baseline measurement and analysis.
* Conduct data validation and measurement system analysis to ensure data is accurate and reliable for decision‐making.
* Perform exploratory data analysis on Service Dashboards, Salesforce case data, and stakeholder feedback to identify initial trends, correlations, and patterns that can guide project direction.
* Provide objective, data‐backed insights and recommendations to help validate root cause hypotheses and drive service improvements.
* Create powerful data stories by translating complex findings into insightful visualisations such as charts, graphs, process maps, and presentations (e.g., using Google Slides).
* Craft compelling, data‐driven narratives within detailed reports, tailored to inform the understanding and guide the decision‐making of diverse audiences, from service teams to senior leaders.
* Track issue and problem management items with Service Leaders to ensure the close‐out of agreed actions.
* Participate in the execution of continuous improvement initiatives as required.
What You Will Bring
At least 1 year experience in Process Improvement, Business Analyst or Data Analyst role in a complex process. An understanding of HR Advisory teams and the services they provide is desirable but not essential.
* Data Management: Proficiency in data extraction, merging, cleaning, and transformation.
* Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large volumes of data and the ability to break down a complex problem, validate the root cause and identify achievable recommendations.
* Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, understandable information for non-technical audiences.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
* Time Management: Strong focus with an ability to handle multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines.
