We are seeking applications from individuals to participate in our 2026 Trainee program.
This is a paid one-year traineeship on Nyiyaparli Country that includes Certificate II Environment and Ecosystems. The program involves physical work and outdoor activities such as weeding, seeding, planting, chain saw, and tree nursery tasks.
The program is designed to provide training and support for members to gain work skills and experience to transition to employment and learn more about land rehabilitation and mining.
On-the-job support and mentoring are provided, with an expectation of commitment to attendance and safety. Minimum attendance requirements must be met to remain on the program.
