Transportation Assistant & Tour Support
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Transportation Assistant to transport guests between locations while providing exceptional customer service and support to daily tour operations.
About the Role
* This role involves transporting guests safely between Cooinda Lodge and Yellow Water Cruises, 3 trips per day, conducting pre-trip vehicle checks and maintenance as required.
* You will be responsible for assisting guests with boarding, luggage, and special requirements, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles, and adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
Tour Operations Support
* SUPPORT DAILY TOUR OPERATIONS BY PREPARING VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT, AND ASSISTING GUESTS DURING BOARDING AND TRANSFERS.
* Maintain clean, safe, and presentable vessels, vehicles, and visitor areas to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
* Assist with guest manifests, logistics, and tour documentation to ensure seamless tour experiences.
