- Manage branch operations, including staff and volunteer coordination.

- Ensure the library's collection is diverse, relevant, and accessible.
- Lead and mentor staff, promoting a positive team culture focused on customer service.
**What you will need to be successful**:
- A degree in Library and Information Services (or equivalent) and eligibility for ALIA membership.
- Proven experience managing library services, ideally in a public library setting.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build community and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.

**Full Time**:70 hours a fortnight
**Salary**: A salary range starting from $86,668 per annum + superannuation
