We're a play-based service undergoing fresh, inspiring changes—and we're looking for diploma to join our passionate team 4 days per week. We are also looking for a responsible, mature-minded full time trainee.

What We're Looking For:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards it)/An approved Early Childhood Education qualification recognised by ACECQA
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and NQS (National Quality Standard)
* A child-focused mindset with a passion for play-based learning
* A commitment to working in partnership with families and a collaborative team
* A proactive, flexible attitude and excitement about positive change and innovation
* Leadership experience preferable but not necessary
* We are seeking a reliable and mature-minded individual to undertake a Certificate III traineeship at our service. This role would suit someone who demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and an understanding of the expectations involved in working within a childcare environment.
