With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist for our EHBA Project based in Kew North. You will be acting as the face and voice of this major landmark project.
About The Role
* Prompt, professional, and friendly operation of all aspects of the reception and office, linking the general public, clients, staff, suppliers and contractors with each other.
* Answer all incoming calls and attend to all incoming and outgoing mail.
* Carry out validation and meaningful entry of orders, dockets, invoices and subcontractors into View Point.
* Assist with some finance-related activity.
* Ensure foyer, meeting rooms, and kitchens are kept clean and tidy.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

* Previous experience in a similar professional environment.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Switchboard experience.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently whilst remaining a team player.
