Managing Pain is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist to join our growing, highly professional multidisciplinary private practice located in Robina on the Gold Coast .
This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding and sustainable practice in pain psychology, working at the intersection of neuroscience, behaviour and medical care within a collaborative clinical environment.
Pain psychology is one of the few areas where psychological interventions translate directly into real functional outcomes for patients, including:

You will become part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, where your expertise is central to each patient’s care journey.
About the Role
You will provide individual consultations for patients experiencing persistent or chronic pain, including those funded through:
* Private insurance
* DVA
* Workers compensation
* Motor vehicle accident insurance
Consultations are provided face-to-face and via telehealth .
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Experience and knowledge in psychological approaches to chronic pain management using evidence-based therapies
* Ability to conduct functional psychological assessments and develop collaborative, multidisciplinary intervention plans
* A postgraduate degree in Psychology (Masters, DPsych or PhD)
* Eligibility for registration with AHPRA and ability to register with Medicare
* ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance
