Tasks and responsibilities include:
* Preparation of contracts and Form 6 documentation
* End-to-end administrative support for sales agents
* Managing auction campaigns and property submissions
* Maintaining listings on property portals
* Responding to enquiries and coordinating marketing collateral
* Ensuring timely and accurate documentation processing
Who we are looking for:
* Experience/knowledge within Real Estate Sales administration IS ESSENTIAL
* The ability to build strong relationships with co-workers - easy to work with attitude
* Proactive and accurate
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
* A valid certificate of registration
