Responsibilities
* Complete Vocational Assessments within compensable schemes such as Worksafe and TAC.
* Understand the labour market and ensure vocational options identified are available and appropriate.
* Assess the skills and aptitudes of a variety of roles available in the market.
* Identify retraining needs for clients where appropriate.
* Communicate with key stakeholders in a client's claim, including Agents, General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, and Lawyers.
* Conduct GP and Medical Treater Case Conferences to review restrictions and clarify capacity for job seeking or re‐training programmes.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy or a related field, eligible to gain AHPRA registration.
* Possession of a driver's licence and a car.
