Naval Warfare Expert
This position requires a professional who is skilled in the development and execution of complex training activities for the Fleet Force Generation Directorate.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading and supporting the design, planning, and execution of Littoral Combat and Synthetic exercises. Additionally, they should be able to provide support for the planning, management, and execution of STX Exercises and collective training activities.
Advise on the development and review of Post Activity Reports (PAR) and implement remedial actions as needed.
Candidates must possess relevant experience, including PWO Course (desirable), Mine Warfare and Clearance Diving Officer experience, or long-range missile defense/Aviation Warfare experience.
Previous military experience as Naval Principal Warfare Officer or equivalent, along with previous operational experience, are also highly valued.
