We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in as a ServiceNow Developer. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
* Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.
* Develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API).
* Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
* Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
* Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
* Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
* Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed solutions.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
* Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
* Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
* Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
* Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP APIs).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
* Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

* Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role
* Due to the security requirement of the role NV1 Security clearance is a requirement.
* Candidates with Baseline clearance ready to move to NV1 Security level may be considered for the role.
