Due to the success of our new business model, the need has arisen for an Energy Market Consultant to join a friendly team. If you are able to maintain multiple customers resourcefully, professionally and combine analytical acumen to achieve outstanding results, then we'd like to hear from you.
What is expected from this role?
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is critical within our business, with the objective of servicing clients to the highest standards. The position is responsible for all aspects of Tender Analysis, Bill Analysis, Network cost Analysis reporting on energy usage by our clients, to deliver them significant energy cost reductions etc.
The Successful Applicant
It is envisage that for you to be successful in this role, you will have strong interest in the operations of the national energy market and have a passion for client contact. As a logical thinker, combined with your keen analytical and investigative talents, the following skills will be highly regarded for this role:
· At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role
· MUST HAVE energy industry experience
· Engineering or relevant tertiary qualifications
· Proven high level analytical skill
· Accurate and diligent analysis
· Professional preparation of documents and written communication
· Understanding of the energy and network billing processes.
· Key problem solving ability for the electricity market for matters such as metering, data souring and management
· High level MS Office suite, Excel and Outlook
· Good interpersonal skills and highly developed communication skills.
· Ability to meet timelines and work in a structured and organised manner.
· Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
· Ability to build strong and effective relationships both internally and externally.
