We are looking for 1st and 2nd Year Apprentices to join our ACT Air team located in Canberra, who have an interest in becoming an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician within the Trade Services industry.
The role includes building maintenance, breakdowns and minor installations. As an apprentice you'll be fully supported through your initial years as you develop and build your skills and knowledge.
Apprentices are paid award rates of pay plus overtime and allowances.
We are looking for people who;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build and develop stakeholder relationships
* Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Willing to obtain a general construction induction card (white card) and complete TAFE requirements
* A current driver's licence-advantageous
* A great attitude and commitment to learning
