* Knowledge of SPC techniques and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

About The Role
As a Quality Manager, you will have the responsibility for taking ownership of critical quality and process improvement initiatives
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Product Quality Monitoring: Oversee and enhance product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.
* Recipe Management: Maintain and update product formulations in line with the Request for Change process.
* Process Improvement Projects: Lead initiatives to boost process capabilities, reduce costs, and elevate product quality using Statistical Process Control techniques.
* Project Management: Plan and execute projects that align with productivity, maintenance, and quality goals.
* Capital Expenditure: Develop and present capital expenditure justifications to senior management.
* Communication: Keep production teams, peers, and senior leaders informed with clear and effective updates.
* Quality System Compliance: Act as the site's QMS Coordinator, ensuring adherence to QA systems, environmental policies, and safety regulations.
* Training Coordination: Design and implement training programs to upskill factory staff.
* Decision-Making Authority: Approve or reject products based on quality standards, escalating critical decisions as needed
