About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Tour Coordinator to join our growing travel and tours team.
This is a hands-on coordination role responsible for the planning, organisation, and delivery of tours and trips from start to finish. You'll play a key role in ensuring every tour runs smoothly, from logistics and scheduling through to customer experience and tour delivery.
This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, logistics, travel coordination, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate tours and trips from planning through to delivery
• Manage tour schedules, bookings, and logistics
• Oversee tour readiness and operational preparation
• Manage booking systems and tour databases (including Checkfront)
• Plan and coordinate feeder bus logistics and scheduling
• Prepare tour documentation and communications
• Support end-to-end tour delivery
• Act as a tour guide when required
• Support customer communication and experience
• Process tour administration and invoice approvals
• Assist with insurance sales related to tours
