About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team at Eco Cleaning Bird in Perth, based north of the river. This is a casual role with the potential to grow into a leadership or management position. As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' homes.
What you'll be doing
1. Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all areas of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and more
2. Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in all client homes
3. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
4. Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to the management team
5. Potentially training and leading other cleaning team members in the future
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a domestic cleaning role, with a strong attention to detail at least one year of experience.
2. Excellent time management and organisational skills
3. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
4. Reliable, punctual, and dependable
5. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
6. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of our clients
7. Australian work rights
8. Valid driver's licence required
