Senior Manager Supply Operations
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Operations to lead the proactive management and continuous improvement of our supply function across our hospital network.
About the Role
* Lead the end-to-end supply chain across hospitals and distribution centres, ensuring reliable efficient delivery of clinical non-clinical supplies.
* Oversee receiving receipting processes across all sites to ensure accuracy timeliness compliance.

4. Align supply costs consumption budgets with hospital P&L, ensuring financial accountability operational optimisation.
5. Implement strategies to enhance inventory management prevent overstocking support centralised product control.
6. Partner with hospitals to improve supply locations layout stock allocation for maximum efficiency service.
7. Monitor performance against KPIs strategic objectives, providing actionable insights recommendations.
8. Build strong relationships with senior leaders stakeholders to support engagement alignment with Supply Operations initiatives.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends identifying opportunities innovation cost-effective solutions.
10. Oversee operational responses recalls shortages disruptions, maintaining patient safety business continuity.
11. Support delivery organisational efficiency initiatives savings targets through process improvements waste reduction.
