Role: Integration Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

* We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to design, build, test, and validate key supply chain integration reports.
* The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
IBM Cognos
, an understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable, high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design, develop, and enhance
Cognos reports, dashboards, and data models
to support supply chain integration initiatives.
* Perform thorough unit testing, system testing, and user validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
* Work with cross-functional teams (IT, supply chain, integration teams) to ensure data alignment and consistency across systems.
* Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
* Support data quality checks and participate in integration testing cycles.
* Prepare documentation including report specifications, testing results, and user guides.
* Ensure all reporting solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3–6+ years of experience in
IBM Cognos
(Report Studio, Framework Manager, Dashboarding).
* Strong understanding of
supply chain processes
(procurement, inventory, logistics, order management, etc.).
* Experience in
data modeling
, relational databases, and SQL.
* Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
* Hands-on experience with testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Good-to-Have

* Experience with supply chain integration tools
* Knowledge of BI best practices and reporting governance frameworks.
* Exposure to cloud-based data platforms or data warehousing concepts.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
