THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Field Service Engineer you will be servicing our clients' sites. You will carry out day to day maintenance, inspections and servicing of company filler and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Machine installations, maintenance, service, and repairs.
* Performing breakdown maintenance and responding to customers' requests within specified time frames.
* Providing technical support to clients and colleagues, including inspecting plant and equipment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
* Handling material acquisition and inventory control.
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
* Essential qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent trade experience)
* Relevant experience in supporting, maintaining, or manufacturing automated equipment
* Willingness to travel as needed
* High level of initiative
* Results-driven mindset
* Adaptable with a hands-on approach
* Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Strong engineering and technical focus
