2KW Bar & Restaurant is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and represent one of Adelaide's most iconic dining destinations.
This role is suited to a hospitality professional, with proven experience in a premium, high-volume, food and wine–driven venue, who thrives on leadership, service excellence, and building meaningful relationships.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our food operations, setting the standard on the floor and leading from the front. You will work closely with senior management to drive service culture, team development, and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and mentor the front-of-house team
* Deliver warm, polished, and consistent service at every touchpoint
* Act as the public face of 2KW, engaging with guests and industry peers
* Drive strong wine service standards, sales, and guest engagement
* Train and develop staff to the 2KW high standard
* Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service execution
About You
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar premium venue
* Strong wine knowledge essential (WSET 3 or equivalent highly regarded)
* An exceptional communicator with natural leadership presence
* Confident, polished, and personable on the floor
* A respected trainer and mentor who develops people, not just rosters
* Strong network and/or ability to establish relationships within Adelaide's hospitality and wine community
* Calm under pressure, highly organised, and service-driven
