Your new company is a timber, steel and fabrication company seeking a new staff member for a 6-month direct contract.
**Your new role**
Your new role will include duties not limited to:
- PA duties to the Director including organising flights and accommodation, agenda and meeting preparation, banking
- Administration duties to support the estimating team with tender preparation
- General administration to support the wider administration team such as reception and front of house duties when required
- Project administration tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in an EA/PA role and general administration duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to hit the ground running
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will receive a 6-month direct contract with the potential for further ongoing employment.
