Job Title: Digital Media Executive
Job Description:
The Digital Media Executive will oversee media planning and buying across ATL channels and digital platforms, focusing on measurable ROI and brand performance.
This role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team across performance marketing and digital eCommerce platforms, leading CRO strategy and execution across web and app platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Media Buying & Planning: Partner with a media buying agency to ensure data-driven media plans, oversee performance accountability, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
* Digital Performance & Optimization: Lead continuous optimisation of acquisition campaigns based on performance data and KPIs, collaborate with CRM and content teams, and evolve our SEO strategy.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Web/App Platform Management: Manage A/B and multivariate testing programs, work closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams, and implement analytics tools.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regularly report on media effectiveness and digital performance, and drive AI learning and adoption.
Requirements:
Expertise in digital performance marketing, including paid search, SEO, social performance, and programmatic advertising. Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and ability to translate data into impactful strategies are also essential.
