Sales Support and Quality Coordinator

Support Opal Fibre Packaging's (OFP) sales team and reduce non-conformance through cost‑effective manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise quotes and ensure price alignment; manage quote conversion and follow‑up.
* Order samples, manage customer sizing, and process Batch 1 approvals.
* Create product artwork, perform revisions, and obtain tooling quotes.
* Set up Batch 1 and facilitate sign‑offs and tooling purchase orders (dies and stereos).
* Update SAP master data for new customers and manage onboarding or changes.
* Maintain Dynamics 365 with relevant information.
* Provide sales support to maximise time in front of customers (onboarding, quoting, artwork).
* Support operations teams to reduce NCR cost and frequency.
* Collaborate with site‑based operational team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales support, commercial coordination, or customer service.
* Manufacturing or packaging industry experience is advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (preferably Dynamics 365), and/or SAP.
* Understanding or experience supporting quality systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer‑focused with continuous improvement mindset.
* Comfortable working across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
