About You
You are a reliable, compassionate and experienced Aged Care Worker who:
* Has recent experience in residential aged care
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of person-centred and dignity-focused care
* Is confident with manual handling and infection control procedures
* Communicates clearly and works well within a team
* Is flexible and professional in agency settings
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months' full-time experience in residential aged care
* Valid National Police Check
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
