As an **Apple Specialist**, you help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support — developing strong, positive relationships. When a customer needs assistance, you quickly assess their situation. Sometimes you take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot, using your knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. **Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Passion for Apple products with knowledge of the whole product range
- Exceptional communication, organization and client service skills
- Providing excellent service to our customers.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Reporting to the manager on a daily basis.
- Maintenance of price lists and preparation of marketing material.
- Attending meetings after work hours, if required.
- Prior retail sales experience in the computer hardware industry. Preferably Apple products
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to configure Apple product that meet customer requirements.
- Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
