About You
* Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
* At least 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care
* Ability to be creative, compassionate, and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
* Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
* Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and other colleagues
