About the Role The Wellbeing Coordinator will:Lead the school's wellbeing programs, policies, and initiatives to promote student welfare and resilience.Support Heads of School, Chaplains, and staff in creating a safe and positive school culture.Provide guidance and leadership on student behaviour, pastoral care, and proactive wellbeing programs.Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support students' holistic growth.Champion the school's Christian values (C.H.R.I.S.T.) and encourage students to grow in faith and character.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of child safety legislation, privacy, and wellbeing frameworks.This is a full-time leadership position reporting to the Deputy Principal - Students and Christian Foundations, with some classroom teaching responsibilities.
About You We're seeking an exemplary Christian educator and leader who is:An active member of a local church with a vibrant personal faith.A qualified teacher with NESA accreditation and a valid Working With Children Check.Experienced in student welfare and wellbeing, with strong leadership and pastoral skills.Skilled in communication, mediation, and building positive relationships.Calm, compassionate, and resilient under pressure.Committed to fostering an inclusive, Christ-centred school culture.
