About The Role
* This full-time position based at our Head Office will be instrumental in developing and executing our marketing and brand strategy.
* You will bring our brand story to life through creating engaging content including captivating photos and videos for social media, newsletters, blog posts, and more.
* Drive our digital presence by planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
* Own our online footprint by managing and growing social media channels, overseeing website performance and user experience, ensuring content is optimised for search and conversions.
* Analyse & strategise using analytics tools to measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, deriving insights to improve our approach.
* Be a brand guardian by ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, adheres to our brand voice, and leverages SEO best practices for maximum visibility.
About You
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and digital marketing success.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro).
* Proven expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
* A deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles and application.
* Exceptional content creation skills (written, visual, video) with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organisational abilities.
* The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
