**What will you do?**:
We have an exciting 12-Month Fixed-Term contract opportunity for a VM & In Store Engagement Manager. **The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the VM and product execution strategy to stores via merchandising solutions and communication tools that are easy to use, cutting-edge, and which reduce complexity and cost in stores, in line with Target’s values.**
Other Key Responsibilities Include:
- Work cross functionally and with VM team to deliver seasonal and monthly visual merchandising guides aligned to trade plans and product strategy
- Engage with and connect store teams to the product strategy and Target brand, increasing sales and love for Target
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities that improve the team and customer experience, simplifying business processes
- Develop visual merchandising presentation standards for current product, ranges and seasonal changes through new tools and execution direction
- Develop and implement new ways of communicating to stores to further improve instore standards, customer experience and execution
- Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation
**Safety**
- Accountable for a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns and leading by example by maintaining a safe working environment and demonstrating safe working behaviour and ensuring team members receive appropriate safety training

**What are we looking for?**:

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- VM or relevant retail industry certification/experience preferred
- Min 5 years’ retail background
- Sound understanding of trends and the customer
- Knowledge/experience in design software and communications delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
