Details: We are seeking a high-performing, delivery focussed, Senior Advisor Diversity and Inclusion to help implement initiatives to support a high performing, inclusive Directorate.The Diversity & Inclusion team sits within the People and Performance Branch and is responsible for providing programs and initiatives that support cultural competency, inclusive practices, capability, and engagement of our employees. The team supports the development and implementation of the Directorate's inclusion employment action plans and assist with the development of policies and guidelines to deliver the Directorate's Workforce Strategy.Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2024. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
