โข Represent corporate clients in insolvency proceedings, including restructuring and enforcement actions
โข Work closely with corporate clients, including major banks and insolvency practitioner firms, providing high-quality service and strategic legal advice
โข Assist in complex insolvency disputes, including high-stakes court proceedings, negotiation strategies, and settlements

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with:
