Wright Training's new, state-of-the-art Goulburn training centre is now open, and demand for our safety, rescue and GWO training is growing fast. We're seeking qualified, confident and ready-to-train Safety & Rescue Trainers who thrive in real-world, hands-on environments.

Your role
Based primarily at our Goulburn training centre, you will deliver and assess safety and rescue training, including:
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* First Aid (CPR, LVR, Advanced First Aid)
* Vertical Rescue
* Fire Safety / Basic Fire Fighting
* Risk Management
* GWO modules – BST, ART, EFA
You will:
* Mentor and support students entering high-risk and wind industries
* Maintain compliance and accurate training records
* Ensure equipment is checked, safe and ready for use
* Contribute to continuous improvement of courses and delivery
What we're looking for
We're seeking trainers who are qualified, current and ready to start training.
Qualified & ready to train now
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent), with currency maintained
* Current competency in two or more of the training areas listed above
Industry tough (highly regarded)
* Emergency response / firefighting
* Wind industry / GWO
* Defence
* Rope access
* Other high-risk work environments
Reliable & professional
You show up, stay calm under pressure, follow processes and do what you say you will.
A strong communicator
You have a clear, confident and safety-focused training style and can adapt to different learner backgrounds.
