About the role:

You'll lead paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta, managing client accounts with online turnovers ranging from $1M to $15M.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their business goals and use performance data to craft campaigns that scale revenue.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on data and loves mentoring others.

The ideal candidate has:

* Analytical and data-driven experience optimising paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, or Programmatic channels with demonstrated ROI.
* A creative and innovative mindset to dream up never-done-before strategies.
* Experience developing cross-channel media plans, delivering on scope, and managing client expectations.

We support businesses with inventory management, building eCommerce experiences, optimising digital visibility, and more.

What you'll be doing:

* Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing eCommerce campaigns.
* Deliver performance reporting, ROI analysis, and actionable insights.
* Identify key financial signals for scaling campaigns sustainably.
* Develop creative ideas to support channel objectives aligning with client branding and target markets.
* Collaborate directly with clients to build strong relationships.
* Mentor junior team members to help them grow skills.
* Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and new opportunities.
* Support new business development and showcase credibility to the BlueRock community and prospective clients.

We want to hear from people with experience in:

* Running Google and Meta ads for eCommerce brands.
* Growing eCommerce revenue for businesses with $1M to $15M online turnover.
* Commercial acumen and understanding of online business performance metrics.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Mentoring or coaching junior team members.
* Market segmentation, targeting, and brand positioning.
* Non-paid channels like organic search, email marketing, CRM.
* Entrepreneurial mindset to challenge the status quo.
