To support our teams in delivering exceptional experiences, our Support Office provides a range of functions that enable venue team members to stay focused on being present with our guests. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join the team.

The Role

You'll keep the office running smoothly by supporting our small team with admin needs enabling us to focus on the big picture.

Working within a tight knit team discretion and sensitivity is paramount - understanding this environment will set you apart as will your down-to-earth nature and ability to read the room. A focus and desire to give the best you can; we value diligence, professionalism, and commitment. Even though our team is small the business is big, with so much opportunity, and excitement

You day could look like this:

* Welcome visitors and guests.
* Maintain and organise the office.
* Point of contact for guests, team and management.
* Field queries to the appropriate team members.
* Support across multiple projects.
* Diary, email and travel management - where required.
* Expenses and reconciliation.
* Run personal errands and handle personal diary arrangements.

Who you are:

* Experience in a corporate environment, dealing with stakeholder at all levels.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Concur would be an advantage.
* Ability to work autonomously, in a high paced environment.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
* A Positive outlook and a willingness to get in and get things done.
